Upon investing, we develop and document our Owners’ Agenda composed of a plan to enhance the value of the company through increasing the competitiveness of the company. The Owners’ Agenda will also include a strategy to exit Nordic Growth’s ownership in the company eventually.

The Owners’ Agenda serves as the reference for the Board and management of the company. An investment team is formed around each company we invest in to have the right combination of resources available for the company including active involvement from members of our Professional Partners Network.
