AppliedMicro acquires Tpack A/S
Tpack A/S, a leading provider of silicon ICs for core data transport and switching functions to Tier 1 telecom and networking equipment suppliers, was sold to AppliedMicro (NASDAQ: AMCC) on 21. September 2010 for USD 37 million whereof USD 5 million in cash earn-out.
