Hannu Santasalo has a long experience of venture capital and private equity investments in the Nordic small and mid-cap market. Prior to his career in private equity he worked in management positions in Finnish high tech manufacturing companies for over 15 years.

Previous engagements include general management, sales and marketing of investment goods, strategic planning and strategy implementation. He has worked in companies located in Finland and USA serving the pharmaceutical and food industries.

Hannu has been involved in the Nordic venture capital and private equity industry since 1992 and since 1997 as a partner of Euroventures Management AB. Hannu holds a BSc in mechanical engineering and focuses on the valuation, development and exit.
