— what we are looking for

Nordic Growth is an active investor helping the management to create value in the portfolio companies. We do not consider passive financing opportunities. We prefer to structure a deal to take into consideration the projected needs of the company and the owners. Nordic Growth invests in minority stakes in companies active in Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Latvia, Lithuania, Norway and Sweden, but we are interested in arranging and participating also in deals up to 100% of the share capital. Nordic Growth does not invest in listed securities.

We invest in companies of various sizes, but investments in seed companies are rare.

We invest in companies with potential for substantial growth:

• Entrepreneurial management team
• Technology based competitive advantage and/or business model
• Focus on market niche with international potential and limited barriers to geographic expansion
• A robust and tested business model
• Unique competencies that can be built into a competitive advantage

We expect to hold an investment for a period between three and six years.
